Returns & Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your Illicium London online purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order, please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All purchased items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt for us to accept the return. Refunds will be provided to the same bank account you used to pay for the item.
If you are in the UK or Europe: We will arrange and pay for return shipping, and will refund the total order amount.
If you are outside of the UK & Europe: We do not cover the return shipping cost, except in the case of an exchange. The original outbound shipping cost will not be refunded if the order has been shipped. We can also manage the return process and shipping using our shipping provider, with the cost deducted from your refund. In this case, we will inform you about the return shipping cost. Personalised & customised item returns
Due to permanent nature of embossing or customising any items, we are unable to accept returns and can not issue refunds for personalised or customised items.
We offer free exchanges worldwide. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or another product we will cover the return shipping for you.
For items of different values, we will refund you the difference.
Return or Exchange your order

Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receipt of your item.
Your refund will be applied to the payment method used to purchase the item and the credit will reach your account according to the time frame established by your bank.
