What should I do if my item is faulty?
Do you offer a warranty?
Every bespoke piece we create is covered by our lifetime warranty, just like the rest of our jewellery. This covers repairs or replacements for any functional damage — anything that prevents the piece from being worn as intended, such as issues with the metalwork, clasps and fastenings, chain links, hinges or stone settings. As each bespoke piece is one of a kind, any replacement is handcrafted again to your original design. If you ever experience a fault like this, simply email us with detailed photos of the piece, and we’ll assess it and come back to you to agree the best resolution. Please note that the warranty does not cover the natural ageing of materials or normal wear and tear.
