Design Story & Materials
Design inspiration: We studied Savile Row window grilles and the negative space of cut brass. Translating those cues to metal, we carved a continuous lattice into a slender bar, then sealed it in a warm gold tone. The result is a tie clip that balances openness and structure: tailored geometry, enduring poise.
Materials: Hand-crafted from premium 18K gold-plated 316L stainless steel, a particularly tough variant of the metal, with high tensile strength and able to withstand rusting and corrosion, thanks to the 2% molybdenum contents which provides greater resistance to acids and localised corrosion, making items crafted from it very durable and truly timeless.
